Re-Imagined for 2026

The Deerwood Outdoor & Gun Show is a great place to market your products in an open-air, hometown - friendly atmosphere. Bring your Recreational Vehicles, boats, lawn and utility equipment, All-Terrain Vehicles,
bicycles, guns and hunting and fishing products & accessories. We have space for campgrounds, resorts and golf courses too! If it has to do with the outdoors, we want you represented here.
Let’s be clear, this is a major upgrade in planning and production from the Outdoor show of the past, and we are going to advertise it that way. We will be advertising in the Crosby, Aitkin and Brainerd newsprint, as well as broadcasting on local radio. And we will be preparing signage to bring a wide area of customers to your
products and services. Join in the fun and build new relationships!

Ways to participate:

Anchor Vendor - $1,000 includes:

 Prominent exposure of business on major media outlet advertising.
 Business mention and logo in other media including our Website, Facebook and print ads.
 If Gun Vendor, up to 6 indoor tables ($50 per table after 6, space permitting) or;
 100’ x 20’ outdoor exhibit space ($4 per lineal foot thereafter).

Large Item Vendor - $500 includes:
 Business Mention and logo in other media including our Website, Facebook and Print ads.
 75’ x 20’ outdoor exhibit space ($5 per lineal foot thereafter).

10’ x 10’ Booth Indoor - $120
 2 - 8’ tables and chairs with room to erect 10’ x 10’ canopy.
 General Event Advertising.
 Priority to gun vendors.

10’ x 10’ Booth Outdoor - $100
 Room to erect 10’ x 10’ canopy.
 General Event Advertising.
 Food vendors operating from a booth must fit within space allotted and have
health permit. *See notes on generators.

Table Vendor Indoor - $50 includes:

 8’ table and a chair.
 General event advertising.
 Priority to gun vendors.

Food Trailer Vendors - $300
 Max length 35 feet and have Health Permit.
 Power not available. *See notes on Generators. Power is generally not available at the location. *Internal Combustion generators may be allowed if super quiet and exhaust gases are not a nuisance (otherwise generally not allowed). Solar or battery generators are allowed.
